I'll keep an eye out for ya. I am driving as fast (but carefully) as I can from Seattle starting in the next day or two.....Oh Mulege how I miss thee.

Maybe your Red Truck can come play with my Grey Goose at the end of the driving day.

Hi Pompano,

We are leaving San Diego for our home in Mulege on 1st Nov and have a GSM mobile phone which works around most of the towns between TJ and Mulege in the Baja.

If you pop us an email we could swap phone numbers, we are 0044 7739 403712.

There is a field

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing
and rightdoing there is a field.
I'll meet you there.
When the soul lies down in that grass
the world is too full to talk about.

I went so far as to check flights from PDX to SD returning LTO to PDX.
I'm thinking a few days driving and few days fishing with never a boring moment !
I found the flights but then had a moment of reality - 2 jobsites and winter coming fast .....
Wish I could be your co-pilot for this trip but I'm hoping you'll find an able-bodied Italian seaman for the job !!!
Safe travels amigo !!
