17.5 million dllr resort at Costa Azul? 15 miles north of Ensenada

17.5 million dllr resort at Costa Azul? With only 16 rooms did

any one in Sd read todays paper? Front pg Really interesting

hidden behind miles of fencing and razor wire Casa Azul

is a little known project of Sempra Energy, whose chief

executive, Donald Felsinger, Personally aproved. I guess its a corporate retreat

Its a fraction of the $1.5 BILLION dllrs Sempra spent on the

LNG plant. Its located 15 miles north of Ensenada most Baja

nomads know about this plant and are aware of how secretive

sempra is about the whole silly situtation~ im just surprised

how 16 rooms can cost 17.5 million dllrs lol~

Read About it Here

Not so sure that the price tag is so shocking for these times.

Obviously, this is tied into a whistle blower lawsuit v. Sempra. Time will tell.
