This guy chased me down at Los Machos in LA Bay in October. His chase boat was a big black panga with 6-8 armed soldiers. Spoke a while and he left.

Wouldn't you know it. When I mentioned I hadn't seen the patrol boat in some time it showed up this morning before sunrise and continued towards the Bahia Concepcion.
