Building a shell studio with bathroom -we need a builder

Does anyone know of a good builder in need of work in the Pescadero/Cerritos area?
My wife and I are buying a lot there with power, water, and sewer already set up at the site. (RV hookup)
We would like to build an inexpensive studio with acid splashed cement floor and bathroom---maybe a little tile....solid roof we can access with a ladder or simple staircase.
We would also like one large door big enough to allow a car to be put inside when we leave.

Pretty basic as we will eventually build a full home on the property and just use this as a guest house or add on to it and use it as a garage/spare room.

Would like to get references or emails from builders interested in the job.

300 or 400 square feet max.
We would also LOVE to see photos of anyone's casita which is similar to this description---for ideas!
