Is the road still locked off with the gate. Are they still developing the lot/house sale plan and golf course?



Things are expensive, but at least we get a free trip around the sun once a year

I can answer my own question....


Today we went for clams at Playa Santa Barbara. A totally flat warm day there BTW. The only life we saw was at what looked like at a guard trailer. There were no new structures beyond the so called "sales tent". DOA...at least for now it seems:P



Things are expensive, but at least we get a free trip around the sun once a year
