Thank you VERY much. We're brand new to RVing . . . so what did we do? Become full timers and decide to go to Mexico with absolutely no experience in
either RVing or driving in the Baja.
So I've been reading this forum avidly to learn as much as I can, so with any luck at all -- we'll be posting a trip report very soon!
We can't wait!!

Have a GREAT trip. Are you also planning on visiting the mainland?

We don't know yet. We plan to go all the way to La Paz, rent a spot for our RV at Hacienda del Sol and get our FM3. We need health insurance . . . a
good topic maybe for another thread!
Once we get our FM3 and get settled, we very likely will do some exploring around and I'd love to see Copper Canyon at least.

welcome to Baja Nomad Angelos and how fantastic that you are going to spend so much time exploring Mexico.
you will LOVE the Copper Canyon. One of the most unique trips we have ever taken. Do it by train - ferry over to mainland from La Paz - preferably
without car (type in COPPER CANYON in the search area, top left of this site, and you will see tons of information we have posted on this trip (I
filed a trip report in 3 parts).
welcome again !

Welcome, Angelos.........your mention of Health Insurance caught my eye. I'll wait till you post some info, but I'm curious as to what you have in
mind.

Hacienda Del Sol has a "reputation". Check out the last post on this thread. It's written by someone who has lived in the area for years. There's more
out there too. I've had a couple of other locals tell me horror stories. Simple fact is that Tripadvisor is easily scammed.
