Wireless internet in Bahia Asuncion

I have a load of ignorant questions here. When I was last there I borrowed a laptop which was getting on line with a wireless connection of some kind from Campa Serena. I have never done anything like that with MY laptop. Is the whole town a "hotspot"?

What do I need to buy for my several year old HP? It is all up to speed to go on line with the DSL line on my desk.

Thanks

If your computer is wireless you should be ready to go if you are at or near campo serena. If you need to plug in I'm sure shari can help.....dt

If your laptop doesn't have a wireless connection, you will need a wireless card.
The card will have a program that searches for available wireless signals.
If they are not secure connections, you can connect without a password.
If they are secure, you will need a password - from Shari in this case.
