Old TB Sanitarium near East Cape

Finally got to visit the ruins of the old place, way up in the hills, abandoned in the 40s. Does anyone have any history? I know Olachea was involved somehow. Really must have been a spectacular place.

We were there in the 60s, and yes, people said Governor Olachea had built it. Great place to recover from TB, a pity it was abandoned.

I would love to adventure there! We are in Los Barriles and I have the gps info. Is it hard to get there? Are we allowed to go there? Any info will be appreciated!
