All money exchanges operate on commission. It just depends on how they market themselves. The ones that offer "no commission" have the commission built in.

Exactly. And thus have no "hidden fee" on top of the rate they have posted, unlike many of the other locations that market a higher posted rate, but (usually/always?) pay less in the end.

We still dont use pesos any where in Mexico. USD's are accepted at every single place I go to.



Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.
