Fundamentally, both of these boutique hotels are about the same distance from the boat ramp. One is, indeed closer to the sea than the other. But,
based upon the website and the rates, they are both really sweet properties that folks ought to consider on their journey up and down the peninsula.
Given the current economy, it would seem to me that the management would be open to negotiation on rates.
Personally I look forward to Ken's posting a photo review soon.

Hacienda Hotel - Yes Campbell had it built by Rual Luhan and then bought by KCOK corp. And now Raul and family (Bobby) are managing their interests
here. The Campbell that had it built are not part of the soup company but a dot com-er that I understand did very well... until the CRASH.
