I sure hope that the narco crap isn't on the rise again in northern Baja. From San Diego I watch the Notivisa newscast from TJ everyday and it appears as though kidnappings and executions are on the rise again in TJ, Rosarito, and Ensenada.

Not true...at least according to the rosarito paper...There were 2 people killed and not by authorities....look at the Fulano web site...there is a link to the local paper.....I wonder where some folks get their info. from??

Mexico!! Where two can live as cheaply as one.....but it costs twice as much.....

Let me know how that works out. We all see this stuff eventually if you leave the house that is. I've noticed that a lot of bad stuff happens so close to these military checkpoints it makes you wonder how they don't know what is going on.

Just because they are dead, it dos not make them bad guys. Just because it happened near the checkpoint, doesn't mean the Military did it. It's Mexico- nothing is ever as it seems.

Two more shot dead in their cars at the Tecate-Tijuana toll plaza. This is normal stuff for the area. Not goo, but normal.

The military had to build a barracks for all the soldiers now stationed around in Rosarito Beach.

Maybe this?

Five suspects linked to 23 TJ homicides
By Sandra Dibble

TIJUANA—Baja California authorities on Saturday announced the capture of five suspects they say are connected to 23 homicides in Tijuana over the past two years, including that of a state agent shot to death Friday as he was investigating a ring of car thieves.

The state’s attorney general, Rommel Moreno Manjarrez, said the suspects belong to a criminal cell linked to Los Teos, a group made up of the remnants of a once-powerful drug trafficking organization commanded by Teodoro Garcia Simental. Garcia was arrested last year
