Wasn't sure if I'd be back in San Felipe by then, but I am now (and enjoying the beautiful weather). I'll be there.

Just returned from the official site of the McFestival. Met Deno for the first time-what a kick that was!! He asked that I post to remind everyone attending to bring chairs. This should be fun!
Best Regards,
Lee

McFezvill got invaded by a group of gringos who got along pretty darn well and seemed to have a great time. Someone will have photos of the usual suspects and probably post them,

Thanks Deno

Wish that I was there! I am so jealous! I am sitting here in Washington...and it is...raining! What a surprise! Hope that you all had a wonderful time.

The inaugural McFeztival was just too cool. Good food, and great people. It was a joy meeting everyone.

We came up from the South, I believe the furthest from McFez (ok only 35 miles or so) closer to Puertecitos than anywhere. Met some really great people, good food, but best of all shared old Baja stories with McVez about the Copper Canyon and places south of here. He in turn shared some Baja books. Talked with Carol a great deal about the Food Bank here in San Felipe -- BRING FOOD as you pass through and Robert who runs the www.sanfelipenews.com and links all of our blogs to his site. So good to put some faces with some obscure names and a few surprises too!!! We should do this annually at least, and there were offers to move it around San Felipe --all topped off by a beautiful afternoon. Thanks McFez!!!!
