This morning's paper says the Commander of the Navy was in La Paz for a brief visit yesterday morning. That has to be the reason for all the Federales.

When? Where? Location & time of day/night would be helpful. What were the Federal police doing? I saw a solitary cruiser which had pulled a car over along the hwy in Centenario last night about 9 PM.

It's not uncommon to see Federal cars on the hwy around here, but your post makes it sound like they were possibly on a mission en-mass :?:
