Friends are coming down to Mulege and I would like them to bring dog food, dry, large bag. Any restrictions on doing this?

Also, I'm looking for a metal fabricator who has a water jet or lazer jet cutter. Anywhere in Baja, but La Paz ideally.

No problem for the dog food going south. it's only a Homeland Security risk when going north. It's for your safety.

What Dennis said. We bring down two 40 lb bags for our dogs and leave the left overs at the local vet/shelter when we leave.

Same here. don't bring it back. Not worth the hassle even if it is unopened. Nancy

Thanks for the clarification.

@Bob I currently buy from the c**k fight guy, 550 p for a 40lb bag of Pedigree. Walmart is 20-24 usd for the same bag. 1/2 the price.

Imported Dog Food is terribly expensive here even at Costco and WalMart.

Driving into Baja, no problem with dog food. Flying in, it will be confiscated.
