condo/hotel recommendation in La Paz

Would anyone have a condo or hotel that they would recommend for a one week stay in La Paz from 11/5 to 11/12 this year? Preferable with a kitchenette and in the downtown/malecon area.

There are some very nice places to stay that are also for sale - owners looking to get some cash flow from their properties that are taking their sweet time to find a buyer. Some great deals on some very nice properties - definitely worth investing a little time searching...

Club El Moro has kitchens and in on the water about 1/2 mile south of down town with good rates. Google it.

We have personally enjoyed staying at El Moro several times. It's located at the far end of the malecon as the road heads out toward Pichelingue.

Not sure what your price range is, but you'll likely not get a suite or studio that has a kitchenette for less than $100+.

They have a cute little restaurant on the grounds that's open for breakfast and lunch. They serve killer chilaquilles.
