monloco, Dovecote? A trap? It'll work. Easy to make. Will keep you supplied with more quail than you can eat.

If we incorporate those two ideas and apply it to our prison system in dealing with revolving door / repeat felons we could really do something about
the high cost of incarceration.
Although some of the other inmates may get suspicious when the slop starts looking like soylent green...
