List of Former Tijuana Mayors?

Does anyone know where I can obtain a list of former Tijuana mayors? Specifically, I'm looking for a man named Ramirez and the years he served.

I've searched numerous ways on Google (in English) and have come up empty.

Thanks.

Tell us a bit more about Ramirez. Maybe something will ring a bell.

I'll bet he has a bunch of them. Wonder if Ramirez stayed in politics? In those days, they were mostly puppets.

Presidente was the key. Who would have thunk searching in Spanish would help? You were talking to people at a pool party and someone admitted to having an Uncle Dennis in Baja? Geesh- what were they drinking?:lol::lol:

Wasn't it a PRI world back then? Elections weren't much more than a Dog and Pony show for the people to play Democracy.
