Vacation Rentals Rosarito/Ensenada Area

Fellow Nomads
I am in the early stages of planning a week long family vacation in the Rosarito/Ensenada area. I'm hoping someone can steer me in the right direction to find a rental. We are thinking July/early Aug 2012 timeframe. There will be 7 adults and 7-9 kids. The ideal situation would be someplace close to a beach. Better yet near a surf spot. K54, K39 bring back memories of surf trips taken in the early 60's. We have 2- 25 foot RV's that we could house the kids in, but there would need to be some onsite parking. I notice a couple nice RV parks in the area when we drive to/from Baja Sur each winter. If they had rental units that might work, but I don't remember any names. Any help you can give me will be appreciated. Thanks

Las Gaviotas is where our group stayed 10 years ago. Gated/ security with a surf spot (secret) out front. Some nice Baja beach houses. Near K38. Gypsy Jan offers rentals, too, I believe?? Goin Surfin, DonnieBoy?!! Tio

Is this that long awaited Reunion to celebrate the Golden Daze of TJ--Blue Fox, The Long Bar, etc. Don't forget San Miguel and close by Papagayos. I think they all offer accomodations. Hussongs?! Just don't wake up with any Tatoos!!:coolup: Tio

Check out Baja-Rentals.com. Jen and Larry have rentals at Club Marena (K-38), Las Gaviotas and Calafia. Gaviotas would be my pick though....great beach, fun surf spot out front and a pool. I am not sure if they have parking for RV's but they could probably works something out.

Las Gaviotas dosen't allow RV's, including those owned by owners. The one exception in an RV that's parked inside the owners garage.
