Cooler Weather in BCS???
Have the storms from the NW and San Diego cooled off the weather in the southern cities? EEBMike shows La Paz at 68 degrees and Constitucion at 62
degrees! Crisp, clear mornings and blue skies here in Bahia Asuncion. It appears the storms south of Cabo are being sheared off and pushed eastward.
Any reports or news, compadres. Lots of people waiting to hear if the hot weather has broken! Mil Gracias. Tio

The last two mornings have felt like waking up in La Mision, instead of El Centenario. 73 yesterday, and 70 this morning, just before the sun pops
over the mountains behind La Paz. Very comfortable.

Eli, I was warned about the heat before I moved down. Thought I was ready for it. The last 3 months have been spent on the boat, at the beach, in the pool,
or under the shade!!!!
They now know my life story down at the Modelarama on the highway, Pacifico and ice are going to bankrupt me

lovely this morning here in Loreto. 77 degrees or so around 6am, with a nice brisk northerly breeze. felt good to pull the spread up over me for the
first time.
will warm to around 95 I hear, but the cooler nights are a most welcome sign of things to come.
reality\'s never been of much use out here...

Thanks for the early morning temp. reports, ever hopeful, makes the hot time of day sitting under a fan in the shade bearable. What I can't take is
the no cool off periods, you know when you wake up at 3 am in a sweat, even though you have the ceiling and stand-up fans both centered on you. I did
16 Baja summers in a row, plus a few in my childhood, I hope I am done with sweating out summer for this lifetime.
O.k., it is now count down the hours time; just 26 hours to some of the best hugs of the year.

62° when I got up this am. NW wind is muy feo today on the central Pacific of Baja Sur. My weather station says the gusts are 33 mph currently. Wind
this direction blows straight off the dry "lake" bed behind the town and blows straight down all the streets in town to the beach. I'd take a photo
but can't actually see the town from here, just a cloud of white dust. Glad we have desert behind us but there's still lots of dirt in the air. Yuck,
flashbacks of springtime when I frequently question why the heck we moved here.
A world of difference from the lovely weather in La Paz yesterday.

Yeah, the last few summers I was home for the hot times, I lived an A.C. existence, and got cabin fever; You know, a.c. in my bedroom at home, a.c. in
the car, a.c. in the gallery. Most certainly a valid solution.
I am going to try sleeping outside on the porch with a stand up fan when I get home, the universe will be my ceiling until cools it off enough to
sleep inside without the A.C.
Before I moved into this fancy summer casita, I figure I spent on rent traveling mainland what I did for the a.c. bills in Baja for the summers.

Very strong north winds here in Asuncion, too!! They started up around 9:30am and have been throwing dirt and sand and buffeting my corrugated
steel roof! The windows are whistling, too! The sun was still hot and dry! Pangas all returned early. This blow must be reaching all the way
to Chippy in Colima?! Three day wind event? Santa Anas? Hope not.

We've had a pretty steady 10-15mph breeze most of the day, though a cool one for sure. No A/C all day today.

In the last 24 hours, the high at my weather station here in Los Cabos was 95 and the low 80. It is 88 at 7pm this evening. I don't know why anyone
would want to live here. My recommendation is to avoid this place at all cost. Oh wait, the sunset tonight looks like spun cotton candy.

Les had to put on a heavy jacket during the day today ... it was COLD. The furnace inside keeps me feeling warm no matter how cold it gets

It was very windy in the afternoon but settled down nicely after a few hours. Definitely a change in climate from yesterday to today.

2 a.m. in La Paz and I'm showing 88 degrees. But the days have been getting marginally cooler.
There most certainly is but one side to every story: the TRUTH. Variations of it are nothing but lies.
