Fast Track recently?

Anyone use the "Fast Track" recently? I tried it a few months ago and it was a mess. They closed the line and everyone had to merge right. Calm people became violent and ferocious! Horns honked, followed by cussing and fighting. Some nice lady let me in, then a few minutes later asked if I would let her in, as she had been cut off. Then I thought someone was trying to cut me off, so I yelled at him. He yelled back that he wasn`t fighting with me, but the guy behind him who was trying to cut him off!!!!
BTW I`m talking about the Fast Track, NOT Sentri or Ready Lane!
This option is only for San Ysidro after you have spent some dough, or just know someone! You get in a special lane, but in my case it wasn`t very special!!

I used the Ready Lane at Otay about 10 days ago on a Thurs. morning. Took over an hour with no access from the Blvd. 2000 way allowed. There were 5 lanes open and the line flew at times, but the line was long, so it took an hour.

Ateo-- Thanks for the info!
