John M, never done it but I will! My wife grew up there and I've never been, always heard it was awesome. Adding to my list. By the way, my name
is also Jon M.

Salsi looks good. I've hooked up some good halibut right there in that surfline.
Or, if the surf builds and the weather system heading this way mellows it might be a good call at Villarino's. You could have them boat you out to
Todos and kill it. |
Unless Salsi has opened back up, that's off the radar. I dont have a boat. Guessing todos will be in the 15-20 foot range, short period range after
this storm, and I want none of that. Villarinos, where is that? Not by Thors Hammer is it? Clue me in. |

Just down the street from La Jolla campground in Punta Banda |
Great link. Thanks man. I will do that in the future. Panga to fish and panga to drop me into Salsipuedes. Camp at La Jolla. Again, sincere
thanks! Added to my bookmarks.

I don't want to fill up this thread with a million thanks, so here it is Nomads, thanks! Don't kill me, I'm honest - and lazy - but i think I'm
heading to Cabras. It's been years. I owe this place respect. This was the first place I went on my initial trip to Baja as an adult. Came across
on accident in a vw bus and had a psychedelic experience there - minus the drugs - or not? Was it ecstacy? Also had my bachelor party there. Time
to head back. Always kept the music low and packed my trash. If anyone is around, I'll be there, surfing, cooking carne, and relaxing. Thanks
again.

Cabras is my favorite place to camp in the area. I often camp on the south end of the cove in the sand dunes and always just surf the beach break in
the middle somewhere. Last 2-3 times I've been there its been empty.
Weirdest thing, on my last trip there (This past May), I surfed the tiny cove to the South... Yeah, I've never seen anything over 1ft closeouts there.
But, I surfed an incredibly fun left that was 3-4ft there. Not sure if anyone else has ever seen waves break in that tiny little cove?

Never surfed the left down in that cove. Now big was it out front of rhe dunes when that cove was breaking? I'll check it out.
