Christmas in Norte Baja

Thanks for all the past advice. Got maps taped to the wall, and trying to connect the dots for a short 7 day trip

One last planning point. I promised my wife if she would hang with me for some beach camping and some modest wheeling in a stock SUV, we would also do a few nights in a hotel.

If all goes according to plan, we should be crossing the border from SD mid day on 12/21.

Wondering the best place to spend Christmas in north/central Baja. Any community festivals, church Christmas pageants, craft bazzars, annual hotel/restaurant parties, anything like that, that will be within striking distance, we should plan around?

Credits

You want to build up some credits with your wife, spend a couple of nights at Las Rosas:

Then take a short drive to Sano's for dinner:

We are crossing at Tecate early morning 12/22. Spending the night at El Socorro and should be at Gecko by 9am Friday 12/23. We might run into one another if you are headed to Bahia De Los Angeles. Almond colored, long bed, quad cab, Dodge diesel 4X4. No stickers:lol:. No camper:tumble:.
