Usually you have to wait until they are having some sort of promotion on there website. They will then post the coupon codes there.

That was what has happened in the past, their
site will list a promo code, which will then show
the discount. That sale a couple months back was
something I have never read, RT to La Paz was something like $78 US dollars, tax includ. I had to read it a couple times
to believe it. Looks like 1 has to check their site frequently,
seems sales last from 2-10 days or so
I assume they have X amount of those super discounted
seats available on each flight

It also never hurts to check the fare without discount/coupon codes or a sale; I was searching the other day and found a R/T fare from TIJ to Acapulco for $128 R/T. There was no "sale" going on or even any discount/coupon codes required; what a deal! If you know when you're going, you should literally check their site everyday to get a feel for the different fares that they're offering for the route.
