Dr. Gabriel is the best. Speaks English. Used to be associated with Dr. Blanco on Jalisco Street.
I know it says Dogtor, but I'm sure he does cats too. Call or e mail him.

A second rec for the Dogtor House. Dr. Gabriel just looked at my collie yesterday. He had a very sick cat that needed an operation there also. Very
nice staff!!!

Follow up: We took the gato to Dr Gabriel (Meza) and are very happy with the care. Thorough assessment, and he arrived at a reasonable diagnosis and
treatment plan that seems to have been successful. She had a fever and infection of some kind and is responding to the meds.
Non-English-speaking professionals aren't usually a deal breaker for us, but it sure helps that we could relay the history to him in English and made
it easier to understand the lab results and home instructions etc.
His facility is clean and he's able to close off the exam area to reduce the noise and stress level for the animal. Not as important for dogs, but a
big deal when you're bringing a sick cat to a vet where there can be lots of dogs running amuck.
I would definitely recommend Dr Gabriel and his facility called "Dogtor House". Thanks to Mula, bajabass, and LLinLP for the referral.
We did have a good experience at Blanco y Negro with Dr Irene last year with this same gato, but (at least the day we were there) it was noisy and
sort of chaotic with lots of dogs and it added to the stress level for the cat. We weren't unhappy with the medical care at B y N, but appreciated
that Dr Gabriel's place was more cat-mellow.

Glad your kitty is OK Oladulce! Though I miss my old clinic in Orange County, I am very glad I was pointed to Dr. Gabriel. Kay DubblU, if you ever
need a vet again in La Paz, try Dr. Gabriel, he cares.
