it must have been a REALLY cold day in the USA that day. south of the border was much warmer, as usual.

Doesn't look like the guy with the wheelbarrow is selling cocaine or marijuana, and from what a Border Patrol guy told me, they can't live in Mexico, but nothing says they can't buy Mexican goods, maybe the guy is paying for his fishing visa in advance????

Yes it's called Hot pursuit by boder Patrol, that is
hot pursuit of carne asada. Read a bit on the border
fence that was built along the Tx/Mex border, it wasn't
built right on the Rio grande, but a mi. inland,
which actually put a few US American properties
on the Mex side of the fence
