rhintransit....there seems to have been a slight difference of opinion on permits, fees, etc at Mag Bay. This might make a difference to some with whale trips on thier itinerary....one can only hope for a quick solution.

typically, whales dont get down there till mid january which is when their season opens...I'm pretty sure they will have this dispute resolved by then.
