Vince was truly an amazing guy!! He was so laid back, but always there for his community. I am fortunate to have been a close friend of his and I will
miss him dearly. Kathleen we know how much you will miss him, but his community will miss everything he did for us here in Punta Banda, the two of you
always stepped up to the plate and volunteered for anything that was needed here.
My friend I know your still with us in spirit. May you rest in Peace.
