One would think that information would have been included in the advertisement. I also wonder why two other places sold out in February? Look like a
very nice property, but very close to the water. Are there setbacks from the water to worry about, or is that problem only on the Pacific Ocean side?
The SAME boiling water that softens the potato hardens the egg. It's about what you are made of NOT the circumstance.

To me this is the most perfect location in La Posada and for that matter all of BOC. When I first camped at the adjacent (now closed and abandoned)
EcoMundo camp ground we had a dead battery on our boat. The kind gentleman who owned this house went out of his way to help us with the battery and
many other things. His place is feet away from a concrete launch ramp and narrow 8' channel that takes you to the blue waters. You can moor you boat
50' from your beachside patio in the calm waters of the protected bay. That's paradise to me. I was so envious of his palace. Each time for the four
years we came there he was always working on his place. He was a contractor I believe from LA. Busy as a beaver type. The house is immaculent and
well built to USA standards and USA materials. This place is a diamond in the rough.
Thanks for helping us in the past and your friendship. The place has good karma.

my husband and i can attest to the good karma of this house. we've lived next door for several years, and Jim and Barbara Apple, the couple who
Lobsterman refers to, were the best neighbors ever. in that house they survived hurricanes, medical emergencies, and other tests miraculously and
gracefully, and they invested lots of TLC in the structure. i hope whoever occupies it next will benefit from its fine karma and be as good for the
Posada community as they were :-)...
