Looking to buy a car in Cabo

I'll be in Cabo this weekend and I'm planning on heading to La Paz to buy a vehicle. Does anyone know the following?

Where there are car lots in La Paz?

What the requirements/documents are necessary for a gringo to purchase a vehicle in Mexico? Obviously passport and FM3. Someone told me you must also have a Mexican driver's license as well.

What are the taxes/fees associated with buying a vehicle in Mexico?

If anyone knows of a 2003-2004 GMC Yukon or Chevy Tahoe for sale in the area available please let me know. I would prefer a vehicle with Mexican plates.

Thanks all!

Suburban

There is a nice 2000 Suburban for sale here in Todos Santos. It is a super loaded edition with leather, etc. He is asking $5000.
It has not been here that long but it has US plates.
If you cannot find anything in La Paz and that interests you let me know and I will give you his number.
Suerte!
