FMM FOR MINORS?
My wife and I are taking her boys to Baja for their first time tomorrow. They are both under 16 so a passport is not required. I could not find a
definitive answer on the immigration site as to whether they still need a visa. What do you all do with your youngin's without a passport?

Not exactly sure if Mex Immigration officially requires
an fmm for them, you say they don't have a Passport
nor would I assume a Passcard, to my knowledge
to get an fmm from Mex Imm you need one of
the above, Passport/Passcard, you didn't say
where you are going, there is the free 6nt/7day
fmm if that fits your time frame

Exactly, since the FMM is for passport holders it make me think they won't need one. No passcard either, just birth certs and SS cards. We are heading
to Baja Sur (San Ignacio/Scorpion Bay) for 8 days. I'll ask at immigration to make sure but was curious about others' experiences.

We've asked before and were told no by the immigration people. But that's Mexico for you.

Cradle to grave, permits are required, but you can put them on your FMM. Migracion would like to see that they are indeed your kids.
