Local TIP purchase

I'm having trouble processing my TIP online. Does anyone know where in TJ I can do this in person? The Banjercito site is having issues with payment. Of course they are blaming the user. :fire:

thanks in advance

Got an email from Banjercito.

You can find a Banjercito’s Office at: Calle José María Larroque S/N, Col. Federal, Mpio. Tijuana, B.C.; C. P. 22310. It’s opened from 08:00 at 24:00 hrs. every day

Called and talked to a chica named Patti in english. Also word is that NO TIP is needed for a kayak. P-nche adunas.

TIPs are not needed in Baja period unless you are leaving your boat or using a slip for more than 72 hours I'm sure other stipulations will grow

If you type in " Banjercito Office Tijuana" into Google map, zoom in for photo and hit "what is this" for longitude and latitude......
