Casa Blanca in La Paz?

Hola Amigos,

I'm receiving conflicting information about the status of Casa Blanca. Can someone confirm the current status - open or closed?

Thanks in advance. -Enrique

I think it's closed and is a medical facility parking lot now.
Not positive, but parked there s couple of months ago.
Think the tennis courts are private now.

I tried to contact them, too...no luck. Too bad, it was reported to be quite nice.

I do what the voices in my tackle box tell me.

Sorry. As far as what is available now, I personally have only seen one rv park, between La Paz and El Centenario, and I don't know what the name of it is... All the old standbys are gone.

Thanks again Latina, I appreciate the info. The campsite in Centenario is named Campestre Marantha, and it appears to be only campsite close to the city.

Thanks again.

We have stayed at Marantha a couple of times. Clean bathrooms and a coffee shop with wifi. We had to park in the lot by the road but it wasnt toooooooooo noisy.

Thanks Judy. Marantha advertises as an RV park, but do you know if camping is allowed? I'm leaving Tecate this Sunday on my dirtbike and am having a little difficulty finding a place to camp (near the city).
