Need to get my Fidacomisa in Abreojos!
Hey there! I "lurk" here occaisionally, but this is one of my few posts! I have right now, a "presanombre" for my lot in Abreojos, and this summer,
I'd like to get it "official" with a Fidacomisa. Does anyone have a referral for a good person down in Baja Sur? I heard of a lady in Santa Rosalia,
but my contact no longer works, any ideas?
Thanks ahead of time for any help!

Contact
Alonso Lopez (alonsobaja@prodigy.net.mx).
Several people on this board, including us use Alonso. And I am sure they will ALL highly recommend him.
You won't find anyone more trustworthy. OH, he is bilingual as well.
And welcome----

Thanks for the responses! I am currently in Palm Desert right now, I take my family down in Mid-July, and stay through early August, so that is when
I would like to get this done, I'll email Alonso today!
thanks again!

Olivia Cantu in Santa Rosalia has moved (San Luca Cove) and maybe retired.

Welcome to BajaNomad, Bonzo. Just a helpful hint.....when you're in the presence of anyone with authority down here, don't mention that
"Prestanombre." They're illegal...which probably wouldn't mean much except to open a path to the depths of your wallet if someone chooses to take
that route.

Alonso is based in La Paz, but does a lot of work in our area. And if you are in the states, he can do everything for you with a power of attorney
--- that is how we did it.

Okay, the millions of dollars that have been spent at Punta Chivato and the person who comes up on top of the list is always Julieta Medina. She has
worked with Guiellermo Santillan for years who now is the president of Santa Rosalia. She speaks perfect English and has all of the connections.
Alonso is great but is looking closer at retirement and probably is not as well connected as Santillan. Her e-mail is JulietainBaja@hotmail. com.
Cell is 044-615-104-6266.
