Joaquin Cuesta was my attorney and he was at Buenventura when the Estate police invaded without court orders in a clear power abuse
now the Estate takes away his job in a clear intent to press my attorney in to not helping.

The first Federal protection just went in to effect and my cook is fee of any charge, he is completely free and able to come back
The judge just received all the legal proof about my property and the Estate Police power abuse was exposed to him, next is a site inspection and then
the droping of charges and everybody will be free.
The abuse of power was proved and criminal charges will follow againt the Sub District attorney and district attorney plus estate policeman who obeyed
illegal orders
we just demonstrated with legal proof that Olivia lied when filling her charges and that will turn in to more criminal charges for her
this is now fast coming to a legal end with all my employees free of any charges and O livia and the Estate authorities will start to be prosecuted
The following will show a case in Rosarito that is on the going, but that will clarify what we are doing here

Tomorrow a reconstruction with the judge presence will be executed in Buenaventura and we will show the following
1.- My employees were detained inside my hotel, a fact that nobody argue.
2.- My employees were detained without a court order or just cause in a flagrant Estate Police power abuse.
3.- The road to Olivia's restaurant is my property and no court ruling exist that affect my property in that area.
4.- Olivia lied when she said to the police that she saw my employees entering her property, during the night and using binoculars and during full
moon while at that time, the moon was not full.
Legal consequences to follow.
I.- A freedom procedure will be executed because no legal proof exist that my employees committed a crime and no legal procedure will be executed or
charges remain on them.
II.- An order for the arrest against my other employees still being looked after by the Estate Police will be cancelled obeying a federal order
already issued and notified.
III.- Criminal charges will start against the Estate District Attorney, the Estate Sub District attorney now Estate Police Chief and District
Attorney now Loreto District attorney for abuse of official power, private property invasion, robbery, criminal association and damages.
IV.- Criminal charges will start against Olivia La Vaquera for robbery, lying to judicial authority, filling false charges and criminal association.
(a witness for the La Vaquera’s robbery already rendered declaration to the judge).
V.- Administrative procedure will start against the Estate District attorney's office employees that hide or refuse to execute all the criminal
investigations now hided against Olivia Higuera Aguilar alias La Vaquera, a total of 11 investigations hided by the Estate District Attorney’s office.
VI.- The whole legal procedure will be provided to the Federal Police bureau that prosecute crimes committed by Estate employees.
I know that at this time, it looks like it is business as usual for Olivia and Nark (sexual predator) but as Craig say, it takes time and legal
procedures to establish the true facts, the good part here is that it is happening and justice will prevail.
The Estate Police acted in a clear abuse of power and Olivia lied to allow them to act and cover the abuse of power, but clearly not all the justice
establishment is compromised, it is acting against the bad elements.
Clearly, the Estate Sub District attorney, who is a gay and Olivia’s friend, acted in a flagrant abuse of power, thinking we will not be able to act
against the whole establishment, but he never thought that it would became a national press issue and an abuse of power committed in the far away
Mulege would start a Federal Investigation affecting even the Estate Governor.
My employees spent a few days in jail, but they valiantly refused any deal to be free and they are collecting their wages.
My new employees who are today at the hotel, will just go to another of my projects and the original employees will return to Buenaventura, with fire
weapons and all.

Since most of my hotel employees live in Mulege, there are a lot of bad feelings against Olivia in Mulege and my manager and Security chief are also
very aggravated, but Olivia will have to deal with what she did in the future with a lot more enemies now.

Clearly you read only what serve your purpose, because Olivia was using a pepper spray gun, was caught inside my property and when cuaght, she used
her weapon first while my employees being able to even kill her, did not harm her in a clear power control.

In a law state, we expect the public servants to be the first to obey the law and to motivate or obligate people to obey the law.
This was not the case in Mulege.
On Friday, the criminal judge cited the Estate District attorney, the Sub District attorney and the Mulege District attorney to a events
reconstruction, planning on reconstruct the events the Estate District attorney office claim happened and how my employees committed a crime, but
curiously and without showing any valid cause, the whole Estate District attorney office staff failed to show up on Buenaventura for the events
reconstruction.
This clearly is what we know as Chicanada, but it show that the Estate District attorney's office dont have a way to show a crime was commited.
This clearly shows that he Estate District attorney is on the defensive, because they knew on the reconstruction they would be unable to show any
crime was committed.
Why?
Because they would have to show that
1.- They did detained my employees on Olivia’s property
2.- Olivia was able to see from her restaurant with binoculars up to the hotel, during the night and while raining and recognize people’s faces
without doubt.
3.- They had a valid cause to detain people inside private property without a court order.
Clearly they are unable to show how they did this and my property is universally recognized now.
Their own photos show how the Estate police detained my people inside the hotel, not inside any of Olivia’s property and they would have to show where
those photos were taken.
This clearly opens the criminal case against the Estate District attorney’s people for official power abuse, private property invasion, robbery and
criminal association.
Now the criminal judge was angry at the Estate District attorney’s office people who didn’t attend his citation without a cause and he will start to
build the case against the Estate District attorney’s office people and Olivia for false testimony.
On the political side, the Estate authorities fired my attorney from his part time job in labor court and he went to work for me full time, also the
attorney for the 15 year old victim quit his job with the Estate government because he was being pressed to drop the case while he also went to work
for me full time on this case while he will continue to represent the 15 year old victim.
This clearly show that the whole South Baja Estate government is behind this illegal invasion and they are helping La Vaquera to try to continue with
the drug unloading.
My new employees who are today at the hotel, will just go to another of my projects and the original employees will return to Buenaventura,

You are wrong, my employees are siting in jail because corruption in a system that sells their souls to organized crime.
My new employees repairing the hotel are just fine and will soon reopen the hotel.
At what degree do you think the organized crime control the Estate government?
They just moved the criminal judge because he was being too honest and was recognizing that the Estate Government was acting in a clear power abuse.
Do you think that an old lady, selling hamburgers in a lonely beach can acomplish this?
This is organized crime at its most high influence in a government, only possible in PAN political party government.
A lot of people argue that PRI or PRD is corrupt, but they are simple children when compared to PAN, because PAN dont just look away from criminal
activities, it's people become the armed arm for the criminal organizations.
PRI allow criminal to keep in business but under a complete control.
PRD just look away while allowing criminals to act.
PAN become their partners.
On the next elections for who would you vote??????
A good question, but a matter of voting for the smallest bad one, but certainly not for PAN, we had enough and we will have to keep up with this
estate government for another 5 years.
