Puertecitos/Gonzaga Campos

this question is more open ended

with the coming completion of the new Highway
I am thinking that alot more Campos will open up for development, I sure would like to get a place close to Gonzaga, or even in Gonzaga, something that I could have a palapa built and a few other improvements, and be able to drive a RV to. I would like it to be beach front

any one have any ideas or comments

Its hard to beat the protection of the bay in gonzaga but you wont find any beachfront lots left. theres some for sale but at a premium (as it should be). take a trip down and take a good look at the campos (papa's,alfonsina,or punta final). like always it comes down to how much money you wanna part with.

I have taken trip to Gonzaga, I have a very good friend that has a place in Pt final,, I just love it, I wouldnt be opposed to buying, but like you say its a premium, and what I can see that is for sale, I would just like some thing simple and not looking to buy a home and things, I now the Bay is the prime spot, maybe some thing farther north that might be nice, just kicking things around

Oh I first went to Pt final about 40 years ago

The pavement will insure that all lots will be taken, the price will rise, and Rodriguez (Rancho Grande/ Los Pinos Tomatoes) will begin his resort building!

Papa Fernandez'
Alfonsina's
Rancho Grande
Campo Beluga
El Sacrificio
Punta Final

Six now, with more soon!

I thought that new Hooters down there was nearly completed..............?

I think most of us in our life times will not see any major changes down there.............except mega more traffic from the truckers taking a shorting route towards north and south
