Tipo de Cambio The Same At All Banks?

Ni modo José.

BANAMEX in Guerrero Negro gave 13.95 TWO HOURS AFTER

BANCOMER game me 14.25

Forget bank fees, and ATM transactions, everything appears instantly on my account and the above rates are BEFORE Wells Fargo is going to deduct FIVE DOLLARS per transaction. The difference between BBVA and Banamex was thirty centavos.

Bancomer only allowed me to exchange 600 pesos! Wells, this morning put a hefty currency conversion fee atop their 5 dollar atm fee! What is going on here? This leaves me at 13.37 for Bancomer and 13.18 for Banamex?

I deposit the dollars then just use the ATM...I've never heard of only being allowed to exchange 600 pesos though.
