Probably should have posted there, thanks for the reminder. Don't know how to move to OT so if you do please go with my permission.

As far as Baja and Mexico (I see it more in Mexico, Baja is expensive comparatively) many folks are not able to vacation SOB now due to financial infringements and others are coming down as permanent residents leaving NOB pricing and problems.

So, sociologically I see a connection. I found the article to be quite informative.
