Mystery Man. How do you know you want to buy property and live down here? If you haven't explored the area you're willing to take my suggestions?
Most of us have visited Baja for years before finding our sweet spot! Lots of considerations . Come visit. Tio

It is a nice big lot 1,174 square meters with a garage type shop at the back of the lot....for only $20,000 (US) San Hipolito is a sweet little
village...great fishing, some surf, water and power now too...but no cell coverage yet there...so probably no internet...he is eager to sell so U2U me
if there is any interest out there. |
Also either Hipoloto or Punta Prieto is Eijido title only. don't remember which one. Probably prieta.

depends. I was willing to put a trailer on the lot and walk away later. Obviously I did not do it.

both Pta.Prieta and San Hippolito is on ejido land but this lot as it is in a village, it has a private title in the owners name that one can take to
a notary and even get a fideicomiso.

Trying to decide from a thousand miles away isn't in your best interest. One single trip would tell you more than ten thousand responses on an
internet forum. When I first started coming to México I found anything in housing I needed, fast. Without internet, without telephones, and without a
shred of information north of the border.

Very primitive and beautiful! You could camp out or lease. Not the first one. CIA or what? Why so close to the vest? Tio

Ejito land is certainly a friend of mine.
On my second ten year lease.
Here. At my home.
