Rosarito Restaurant on the Beach?
Some friends are driving down and I've been tasked with finding a lunch place on the water in town..I know plenty of places BELOW town, but not in

Maybe Your Friends Could Give You Some More Details
Los Pelicanos is on the beach, but it is a fairly large complex with lots of parking and the dining room is on the second floor of the hotel.
I don't know of any small palapa restaurants in Rosarito Centro, but maybe your friends are remembering the Popotla fishing village where there are
still lots of small family-run enterprises.

Keri...Is that near La Quinta? I think there was something down there a long time ago...don't know now...but that area came to mind with their

No Jeans , I think you go in behind the grocery parking lot to a hotel on the beach might be called los Castillios or something like that,but don't
quote me on anything. A friend told me about it a month or so ago. He is going to show me next time he's in town,k .
