Life and Death of my dog ?
My 14 year old dog is nearing the end of his life and may need assitance in his passing. Is there a vet that can put a dog peacefully to death in
Mulege, Santa Rosalia, or San Ignacio?

In Santa Rosalia there a vet that can do it. So sorry to hear that your dog is near his end. It's three streets over to the left of the main drag. Ask
around.
We all want a peaceful world, filled with love and laughter, but we fill ourselves with anger and hate trying to fiqure out how to achive it.

You guys are great. Thank you. I guess when he says his time is up we will know what to do. I worry about the availability of the drugs there but
we have handle pets deaths ourselves in the past so I guess if we have to we will again. I am just getting way to soft and emotional in my old age to
want to face it again.

So sorry to hear about your dog. They become a part of our lives and members of our families. Inevitably all pass way too quickly. We are nearing the
same painful decision with our yellow lab Dakota. At nearly 16 years old she has now reached the end of her journey here with us and I am now making
arrangements with our local vet - a great guy who will come out and provide the service here at the house.
Sending a heartfelt hug and just be thankful for the wonderful years you were able to share together...

It's a noble and merciful thing which you do, and perhaps the most painfully difficult. You have my utmost respect and condolences.

Wishing the best for you. When I faced the same thing with my Honky Cat of 23 years I asked the vet how will I know when? And he just said "you'll
know" and it was so true.

My heart goes out to you. It is always so hard to say goodby to a Best Friend.
Finding someone patient and humane to give the injection is kindness it self.
I hope someone is there who can help me on my way when it is time for my cross over.

I feel your sorrow. I have had to put 3 of my dogs to sleep since living in Mexico and it doesn't get better no matter how often it is done. It just
takes time to go thru the grieving process.

I am so with you redmesa. I will be bringing my best friend with me to BOLA this week and I am very concerned about his well being. He is still
eating, drinking, and getting around, but I am afraid the trip down, only from Laguna Beach, will be very hard on his 14-years. I had scheduled a vet
to come to the house tomorrow, to put him down, but cancelled, (we are scheduled to leave Laguna on Monday the 1st). Oye vey, such a hard time
leaving my best friend.
