Good idea. The first thing you should rent is a nice Motor Home. |
That I agree with!

Hi Grace
No, going to stay in SF.
PS Love the Santana quote on your signature block |
Good, glad you are staying around...we have yet to be there at the same time. Perhaps winter break?
Yes, I sing that Santana song a lot...especially here in Washington....in the winter.....where it is REALLY cold, and wet and windy and.....
Winter in San Felipe is warm to us!!! We are taking a long weekend there at Thanksgiving just to warm up. Already starting to grow our winter coat
of moss!
Whenever I hear that rainy, chill wind blow. I think it may be time to head for Mexico. Tengo que obedecer mi corazon!

Congested is congested. Will be nice, maybe. After 9-10 years of mess. Depends of the interpretation of "nice", though.
A little story about "moneyed people": my friend lived in a very quiet place, very expensive. He was so happy because it was so quiet. Then a drug
dealer bought a house next door. They have money, you know

the Los Cerritos Surf Colony, Villas Los Cerritos is run by very nice people. Sorry for the mix up. I highly recommend the Tortugas Bar, great place
to hang. Sometimes it's hard keeping track.

Tip of the iceberg.
US Marines: providing enemies of America an opportunity to die for their country since 1775.
What I say before any important decision.
F*ck it.

new construction
Sir
I have found that purchasing a ready built home in Mexico entails a bunch of corrective adventures that could have been avoided by building yourself
and supervising . K's edit: { We have a word for that in baja....chunkyING !!} the sound of chisel on cement or blocks !!! I'm not kidding
