Nomads,

The search is off as an ex-nomad who wishes to remain anonymous drove out to Conejo and , found the guy, and told him to call home (which he did).

So, A BIG THANKS to R.....a guy who did something instead of speculating :light: :saint:

A truly appreciated act of kindness and generousity

Problem solved....the guy phoned his mom after a Nomad drove to Conejo to tell the kid to phone home.

Thanks R for the good deed :saint:

good news. btw, all i was trying to do was help figure out where they might be, it was posted they were headed to conejo, didn't say they ever got there, so that leaves a lot of wiggle room in the equation. thankfully they made it there and are a-ok.

good job to "R" for driving out to check....

Hope he at least offered some gas money as a gesture to cover "R's" time, and kind effort. That was very nice of you "R".

Happy they were found and have checked in with mom.

Amazing how it all came about, but hope that "R" is not our pompano on his way south and being referred to as an ex nomad.

I don't know who "R" is....aside from a guy willing to put his Tecate down long enough to help out in a real way

This is just how cool some Baja folks are and how this forum can truly help out :saint:

Thanks again, "R"

Dear "R",
Pease come back and continue posting here, and don't let anyone keep you from it. Your posts about gas station problems were welcomed here by everyone except that one who fussed with you... and your assistance to our friend who walked to Cabo was outstanding.
Please post again amigo.
Thank you,
David
