Came through less than a month ago and it was fine. Roads better than ever!!! The contruction north of Santa Rosalia was all but finished. There was some equiptment still there so there may have been some finishing touches. Military inspections...like they always are...easy going down and more inspections coming back. My suggestion...go slow, stop often, enjoy the trip!!!!

Drove both ways in November - road in great shape with some construction but no problems. Even the check points were quick and easy although that can be a day to day thing. Have a safe trip.

Hi Dennis , I went thru 2 weeks ago...the only really bad spot I hit ,was actually on the Toll road....just shy of the last toll booth.... the road actually separated with a crack about 1 foot wide and about 6 inches higher on the other side this was south bound when I hit it , and it was bad...maybe its fixed ........maybe that earthquake was responsibe that time .........

Just got back from there, Mulege.

Road was wide open and no construction along the way.

Finally saw some large RVs headed south, individually, not in a caravan.

Thanks Udo. I'll pass it on.
Sorry I missed you the other day. We must have passed each other on the road. I just went to La Joya to mail a letter.

Next time.
