Bouganvillea Restaurant - at Hotel Cortez - Ensenada
This restaurant is located adjacent to ELCORTEZ which is at the end of the main tourist drag:

our lunch or dinner-without exception, is the filet mignon smothered in mushroom sauce. Notice the regular chef's signature red squiggle. When it is
the alternate chef, his signature is a large cookie like figure inserted in the food:

The filet mignon melts in your mouth.
There is no room for dessert when you are done.
The folks who sell roses (notice next to the plate) are great !

In the morning, Les had huevos motulenios (notice the fried plantain)

and I had huevos florentine. beyond delicious.

this is what the plates look like when we are done !

Wow, looks great! I can almost smell it.
The SAME boiling water that softens the potato hardens the egg. It's about what you are made of NOT the circumstance.

OK, I can understand leaving part of a tortilla, plantain and apple slices, but never, never leave the parsely.

Blanca just tell the man. You're not a lady unless you leave SOMETHING on your plate. Hope you now get a good night's sleep for New Year's, though
the machines can be somewhat noisy as well. Ah well, earplugs might be in order!!!
