Not likely. Like Dennis said, they're bugridden. But since they are fanpalm fonds, you should be able to find some NOB. Those kind of palms are common in most of Southern Cal., where they probably just toss them.

Don't know where you are located, but if you have palm trees around I would suggest you contact tree trimming companies and the city/county Department of Public Works. They trim 'em and probably take the fronds to the nearest landfill
