No way.
Hey Doc...is that true? You know that lady up there?
He doesn't know her. He wishes he knew her, but he doesn't.
Nope.

It's my understanding that they get around that with a line of crap about the future and how everything is forthcoming.

You mean like Tiger Woods' golf course in Punta Banda? :tumble: Actually, a friend of mine yesterday said that would ruin the area and make it too commercial and full of traffic!! Ruin the ambience, in other words.

Ensenada government has signed off on all of the required documentation and the documents are in Mexicali to be signed (is what we are told).

Your friend is a pinhead. The place was never planned to be wide open to the public. Only one percenters need apply.

Well, then, moving back to the states and buying a house in Newport Beach would be a no brainer...after selling your house to that one percent!!

Exactamente. Not only will it expand my market, it will give those poor rich people a nice quiet place to reflect upon their sequestered position in life. I mean....it must be difficult for a segment of our society to be confined to Country Clubs and Bentley dealerships. That's just no way to live.
