Bar Miramar has free wifi. Just ask for password. There is also a restaurant just south of the main road to the malecon (I forget name) with a
Internet cafe next door that has free wifi.

The coffee house down a from Caribe Motel has Wi-Fi also. Inside-outside seating. PC rental too. Good coffee BTW!

SF.com is not very reliable with their information, in my opinion. They weren't even publishing news for weeks this past year. ....besides shutting
down their store front location last year. Perhaps Randy's roadrunner.com be a better source for current information
Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.

A couple yrs. back, I sat outside the mentioned
Miramar Bar before it opened in the morning
and got a signal, but they could have put a
password on, I think the Rest Rosita may have a
signal, don't know if you have to purchase an
item to use a signal

To answer my own question there is a free city wifi in san fielpe on the malacon free for land line customers or free for anyone after log in but the
speed is poor and you are better off going to Mira mar or rice and beans for faster wifi

If you go to sanfelipe.com, there is an article about Telnor adding WiFi to the downtown area. Not sure if you have to pay or not. I know that I can
use it free because I pay for Telnor Internet at my house.
