Not of much helpful information, but we do know a few friends who had that surgery in Mexicali, and was a total success, in all cases. The friends are Mexican and government employees, and their health insurance covered the surgery. Before the surgery they were required to lose 10 kilos. Amazing and beautiful results. The insurance covers it, as they see it as preventive health care.
