Border Area Secure Parking?

So me and the family are planning a trip to Mulege at the end of May and I have a question to ask. We will be pulling a small open utility trailer full of gear (motorcycle, camping, water, food, etc.) and will be staying in a hotel the night before we cross the border (San Ysidro / Otay Mesa). My question is if there are any secure parking facilities near either of these two crossings that I can drop the trailer off at the night before. I do not want to leave the trailer in the hotel parking lot with my moto and other gear in the open. Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks.

Savon Storage in Chula Vista has a vehicle storage area. This place is secure:

don't stay in San Ysidro / Otay Mesa
it's a bad area for tourists

stay a little north about 1 hour
and don't stay in a low end motel

take your trailer and tip$$$ the night manager where you are staying...
park close to the office and they will watch the trailer

I was going to suggest the Vagabond in Chula Vista, but he only asked about secure parking.

I live at the beach in Encinitas(North coastal San Diego) and have a private driveway at the end of a very quite cul de sac. You're welcome to park it overnight here if you'd like. The border is a 30 minute drive away, straight down Hwy 5. We have several affordable hotels in the area and some great Mexican restaurants that make deadly margaritas to prepare you for your trip....
Let me know if your interested.
