I think it's near La Paz - is anyone familiar with it?

I'm not sure what a 'residence club' is - some kind of timeshare?

It is a five star hotel, and condo's. It is located past the north end of the city out toward the ferry terminal It is a "fractional" buy in like a time share with a different name. The city of La Paz, as I understand it, does not allow "Time Share" so they call it something else. It is nice to not have that element of sales staff hitting you at each turn while on the Malecon. It is a beautiful setting and has a great looking golf course, huge marina to "park" your really big boat. Steve Jobs craft just left a couple weeks ago.
